Meet baby Maci. She was our little visitor today. I love all the baby drool. I guess that is what you get when you are popping some teeth.

O'rien made this mess all on his own. He thought it was pretty cool. Titan didn't mind it as he slept through the chaos that was going on around him.

O'rien was playing with Penny. We tried to get a good picture of them, but not really any luck. Too much curiosity from them both. When we left there, O'rien said his first sentence. He said "Doggy go nuh night". He is getting so big, so quickly.

Rhayn was peeling some potatoes to go with our dinner. I made her take a quick picture in the middle.

Happy Thanksgiving. We had a good thanksgiving day over at my aunts house. Then a little midnight Christmas shopping.

Daddy sent me pretty roses today. I taught O'rien how to smell them.

We actually had a little snow today. Not enough to go and play in, but a few flakes stuck to the ground.

Rhayn and Abby made stove top popcorn tonight. I don't think they ended up eating much of it, but they had fun making it. Diesel really wanted to try it though.

Today O'rien and I went to Cole's first birthday party at the firehouse.

O'rien got a new toy from Kohl's today. Grandma bought him a Dr.Seuss stuffed animal. He picked it out off the shelf, but really wanted to take them all off the shelf instead of just one.

O'rien was having a pretty serious phone conversation...even if it was with himself.

I made Rhayn take a silly picture tonight before bed time. I put her hair all crazy on the bed and then stood over her to take the picture.

O'rien was playing with Rhayn's 3D movie glasses. He is such an accessory kid. He thought it was a pretty fun game to put them on and take them back off.

Today Katie and I did our first Dragonfly paid shoot. We went to Pittock Mansion. We took snap shots of each other afterward, so we could always remember our first shooting day. Hopefully there will be many more of these days to come in the future.

Tonight we went to my parents house. O'rien was eating Cheez Its, so I decided to take a picture from inside the bag. It was the only picture I took today.

Day 193

Today Katie and I went to the Pittock Mansion for a trial shoot. We made the kids act as our demos while we plotted good spots to take pictures at for Saturday. We thought it would be a good idea to go and see what it was like up there, before we took clients to get their pictures done (since neither of us ever remembers being there). While we were there, the kids weren't super cooperative. However, the view was gorgeous, as you can see. So, I couldn't resist trying to get a picture of it. Unfortunately, by the time we made it to that part of the grounds O'rien was very clingy and wouldn't let me put him down. That being said, my exposure wasn't perfect, since it was a little foggy and I couldn't change the settings since I had to stop. Hope you like it.

Day 192

I just saw a pretty sunset behind this tree when I went to drop off O'rien at my parents house. So, Rhayn and I drove back that way hoping to catch it hitting the tree. It wasn't quite as good as when we drove by the first time. I had Rhayn play in the leaves when we stopped. She had fun throwing them in the air.

Day 191

I played around outside in my yard to take a picture today. This is the tree in the front yard. No one hardly ever notices it, because it is always hidden by the truck. The leaves look really pretty on it though.

Rhayn started the Sandy swim team today. She did her tryouts tonight, and loved it. I think we have a new swimmer at our house now.

Today Katie, Monica, and I went to look at bridesmaid dresses. The girls played around outside Katie's house before we left. What silly friends I have.

Jude came over to play with O'rien. The boys had so much fun running around tonight. They didn't stop laughing all night.

Today I worked out in the yard planting tulip bulbs for next spring. This evening I took the kids to the store and we got scrapbook stuff for Rhayn to make her mom a Christmas present. This was one of the sheets that came in the kit. I manipulated the colors a lot and came up with this.

Day 186

Today I attempted to take the kids pictures together. I was hoping I might get a good one of the two of them together, because the last good one was from over 6 months ago. O'rien had other plans about my idea today. So, I snapped a few of Rhayn by herself instead. We posted this on our new website, so I decided I should probably stamp it here as well. Hopefully I can get the kids to cooperate at a park that has pretty leaves this weekend.

Day 185

I took down the Halloween decorations today...or at least most of them. I don't have much for Thanksgiving in the way of decor, but I put this on the table. It is the only thing I really have at this point. Good enough for Fall I guess.

Day 184

This little creature is what Rhayn made a few weeks ago at her birthday party. It has hair growing like crazy now. I think it might be time for a hair cut.

We went to my parents house tonight. Took a picture of Penny while she was relaxing on the couch. You would think she was always sweet and innocent from the picture.
